  2. Do you offer samples?

    Yes, just place the order for the wedding favor that you are interested in. It is the price of the wedding favor plus shipping.
  3. Do you offer discounts?

    Yes, we offer discounts. We offer the following discounts:
    • 5% off $150.00 or more
    • 7% off $500.00 or more
    • 9% off $750.00 or more
    • 10% off $1000.00 or more
    • 12.5% off $1500.00 or more
    • 15% off $2000.00 or more
    To receive your discount, just enter promotional code: DISC in your shopping cart before checkout.
  4. Can I receive a sample of the personalized ribbons?

    Yes. Samples of the personalized ribbons are free just email us what color you would like and where to send them.
  5. Does WrapWithUs have a catalog?

    No. Sorry, we do not have a printed catalog as we are always adding new wedding favors to WrapWithUs.com.
  6. Do the candle holders come with candles?

    Most do, please email us the item number and we will confirm.

  8. What is Wrapwithus.com Refund Policy?

    If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your wedding favors or any other item, just return what you don't want for a refund within 10 days of receiving your order. Please return items in original condition and packaging. Please include your order #, name and address as well as a list of what is being returned inside the box. Of course, items that have been personalized, closeouts or food items can not be returned. Items must be returned within 10 days. After 10 days there will be a 25% restocking fee. No returns after 30 days.

    Unforeseen Delays
    As we do our best to process and ship orders in a timely manner, we cannot be responsible for packages that are placed at the last minute and do not arrive due situations that are beyond our control such as weather, natural disaster, or other such issues. UPS will not refund the shipping even if express shipping if situations arise where the packages are delayed and it was beyond their control. If you choose to order at the last minute you will have to assume the risk and liability of the shipping as well as the return shipping if the items do not arrive in time. Also keep in mind that any personalized items are not returnable. We highly recommend that you place an order well in advance of your occasion so that any unforeseen delays will not have your package arrive after your occasion.
