I have had
the chance to place two different orders with your company and I am so
impressed with the quick and professional service I received. I originally
orders 6 cake servers from a large "warehouse" type website that sells many
different types of products. They charged my credit card immediately, but three
weeks later I found out that they never even had the product in stock and were
not going to get it (despite the fact that the website is supposed to show
their real-time inventory). It took two weeks to get a refund! Somehow I found
wrapwithus.com, you had the same item for $1.50 less, and I received it in just
a few days even though I paid for ground shipping. I came back to your website
just a few weeks ago to look for some favor bags, and I was pleasantly
surprised to find it in my mail right away. The box must have been packed the
same day to get all the way from New York to Texas! Please let your employees
know how much I appreciate their hard work.
