are incredible. I did not realize that you had sent out a new shipment, when I
recieved the e-mail from UPS. Yesterday, I was just loggoing on to see if you
had responded to my e-mail when UPS came to my door and I couldn't remember
what I had ordered. when i opened the bow I was in aw, I couldn't believe that
within 24 hours you had printed and had the ribbons on my doorstep. I was
impressed to say the least, i called all the girls, my mom and my husband to
tell them how good you are. Thank you again so much!!!

month I ordered customized ribbon and received it the next day, and last week
on Tuesday, I ordered favors and they arrived today (Monday). Other places take
3 weeks for the items that your company delivers immediately. Thank you for the
