Island, N.Y. within 2 to 5 days. Personalized favors and specialty items may
take longer. UPS & USPS then generally take 1 to 6 business days, depending
upon the time in transit from N.Y.

or holidays. Once an order ships, you will be emailed a tracking number.
If you need your
order by a certain date or in a rush, please place the order online so it goes
directly into processing and note in the order instructions box on the checkout
page that your order is a rush and the date you want to receive your package.
Wrap With Us does not charge a fee to rush an order through processing. Please
make sure to include a daytime phone number in case we need to contact you so
the order is not delayed.
The rates for
express shipping are available online for 2 and 3 day shipping. If you want
overnight shipping you can note that in the special instructions and you will
be called with the rates that UPS will charge for your package. Please keep in
mind that you must allow for processing time and that weekends and holidays do
not count in shipping or processing time.

Pick up orders in Long Island,
Just select this option for Pick up when you check out.
You will be called as soon as your order is ready for pick up. We are right off
the Long Island Expressway. About 25 minutes from Queens, NYC. The store hours
are Thursday, Friday & Saturday 10am-6pm. If you need to pick up on days
that our store is not open, please indicate that on your order and we can
arrange for any days other than Sunday.
Shipping outside of the continental
Shipping outside of the continental US is limited to
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam and Military (APO)
addresses. These orders are shipped via the US post office and the post office
charges by the weight and size of your package. You can note in the order
instructions on the check out page if you want to be contacted with the post
office rates before your order is shipped.

Damages & Claims:
check your order when it arrives. If by chance there is any problem with the
shipment, keep all packaging and merchandise in original condition and notify
the carrier and Wrap With Us for inspection right away! Please allow enough
time to receive the replacements via ground service. We cannot be responsible
for any air charges necessary to get you the replacements in time for your
occasion. All damage or shortage claims must be made within 10 days of
receiving the merchandise.
NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 10 DAYS.
