Wedding transportation
|
Many people choose to rent limousines for
transportation on their
wedding
day, but there are many other less traditional options. Some people choose
a horse drawn carriage (make sure the horses have white knotted ribbons on each
ear for good luck), a classic car (Rolls Royce, Bentley), a hotrod, or a Harley
Davidson. Typically the bride and the father of the bride travel together to
the wedding ceremony and the bride and groom travel together to the reception
site. When hiring a limousine company, make sure you inspect the limousine that
you are renting to make sure it suits your needs. Make sure you write up a contract that includes the following: * Type, year and color of car * Expected length of service * Name of driver * Pick up times (15-30 minutes before you have to leave) * Date and location * Estimate of cost * Ask if gratuity is included so you don't mistakenly over or under tip.
